This exceptional whisky was matured in a variety of casks, with a final enriching period in sherry casks, resulting in a beautifully layered flavour profile. On the nose, you'll find a delightful mix bringing the nostalgia of Christmas with it, featuring almonds, cooking spices and dried fruits.   The palate follows on with a rich honied sweetness complemented by the tang of summer berries and bitter chocolate. The finish is smooth, clean, and lasting with a hint of lemon.
