Availability Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your experience before the expiry date.

Your two night stay can be booked Fridays & Saturdays, throughout the year. Exclusions such as the Christmas and New Year period and Special Events in the city may apply.

Check-in is from 15.00pm on the day of arrival, and check-out is until 12.00pm on the day of departure.

We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability. Please be aware, there is a limited allocation of rooms available for this experience. Once the allocation is reached, additional fees may apply, or alternative dates will be offered.

What about insurance?

The partners contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
