Can I collect my prize?
Collection can be made at our address, this can be arranged via Email or our contact number. Feel free to collect or we can Deliver.
Can I come to a live draw?
Yes, draws may sometimes be in different locations so please Email us.
Can I exchange my prize?
No prizes are set for each draw and are final.
How is a winner chosen?
All entries will receive a number via Email.
We use Googles random number generator, this will take place live on social media.
The screen will be made clear for all viewers.
When will the competition close?
A timer will be set for each draw.
Once all tickets are sold the draw time and day will be set.
This will be announced on Social media and the website.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit or debit cards as standard. All payments are secure. A free entry method is also available (see Ts & Cs Clause 17).
How to use another payment card?
Next time you’re about to purchase another ticket, click on ‘Use a new payment method” and then ‘Save payment information to my account for future purchases.‘
How to close my account?
Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line ‘Close Account’.
How do I enter via post?
Tap the link above the timer on each competition page for details of how to enter via the postal entry method. When we receive your request, we will send you your random number via email, giving you an entry into the competition. You have the same chance of winning using our postal entry method as you do using our paid entry method.

Does Bounty Competitions accept charity donations?
No, Bounty Competitions does not accept donations of any kind for charity. We are not a registered UK charity, therefore, any donations we choose to make are entirely from our own company profits, donated to other charities at our discretion.
Do you need to be 18+ years of age to play with Bounty Competitions?
Yes, all players must be over the age of 18 to enter any one of our competitions. You will need to verify that you are over 18 at checkout by ticking a box confirming that you are 18+ (you cannot complete purchase without this confirmation). If any winner is found to be under the age of 18, then the competition will be redrawn.
What are 'Last Chance Competitions'?
All competitions will be drawn at the end of the timer, so to make things more exciting, we have reserved some tickets that will be released at 9pm the day before the draw, to give you a second chance for a win!
